Shipping & Delivery
All shipping services used by provide a tracking number and full insurance. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested. Returns & Replacements
All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply navigate to your Order History page here to request a return authorization number within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Intimate apparel and swimwear (including but not limited to lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective hygienic strip. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed or tampered with. Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition. Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorization when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your account, under order history.
Order Status
You can verify the status of your order at any time from your account, under order history. Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A 'processing' status means that your order has not yet been shipped. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
Order Changes and Cancellations
You can request an order change or cancellation from your account, under order history. From there you can choose from the 'modify' menu to submit a request for your pending orders. Your order will be on hold until our customer care team can review your request.
